Special Chinese Medicine (CM) Out-patient Programme for Discharged COVID-19 Patients

The Hospital Authority (HA) is commencing the “Special Chinese Medicine (CM) Out-patient Programme for Discharged COVID-19 Patients” (Programme) to provide CM out-patient services as part of rehabilitation of discharged COVID-19 patients at tripartite CM Clinic cum Training and Research Centres (CMCTRs). The Programme provides a maximum of 10 free of charge CM general consultations [services of acupuncture, bone-setting/Tui-na) and other CM treatments are not included under the Programme].

The free of charge CM general consultation service to individual participating patient under the Programme is valid within 6 months from the discharge date of the concerned patient. Participation in the Programme is entirely voluntary. For enquiries, please contact the HA CM Department Programme Hotline (Telephone: 2794 3068) during office hours (9:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday; Close on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Participants have to call the CMCTR for appointment before each visit1.


1 To attend free of charge CM general consultation service, participants under the Programme must present the original copy of valid identity documents upon registration of each visit. The original copy of this Invitation Letter will be collected by the CMCTR upon registration at the first visit.
