| Summary: | This study aimed to investigate the pharmacokinetic and antiviral effects of oseltamivir and oseltamivir carboxylate when oseltamivir was administered with CMF1 (Yin Qiao San and Sang Ju yin), or CMF2 (Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang and Qian Jin Wei Jin Tang).
28 healthy subjects volunteered for the study. They were randomized into 2 groups and administered with oseltamivir plus CMF1 or CMF2. It was found that both CMF1 and CMF2 did not affect the plasma parameters of oseltamivir and oseltamivir carboxylate but significantly changed their urine excretion. |
